PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

Initial Deposit (50%) is due within 7 days of confirmation.

Final Payment (50%) is due no later than July 1st. NON-REFUNDABLE.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

In case of cancellation, 90% of initial deposit is refundable until May 15th.

NO REFUNDS after May 15th.

The final payment is non-refundable.

A limited number of scholarships are available by special application

2 campers per room, each with their own Queen Bed

for one of our residential campers (7 lunches)

for cast & crew (serves 55-60)
