Music Theatre Kansas City, the area’s top professional preparatory training program, is proud to offer a unique musical theatre intensive where 40 campers will be cast in, rehearse, and perform a full-scale Broadway musical in just seven days.

Fully produced public performances will be held at B&B Live.

2 campers per room, each with their own Queen Bed

AUDITIONS:

This camp has always used first-come, first-served registration.

Auditions are for casting assignments only; All campers will perform.

Auditions for all campers will be held on Saturday, June 13 from 12pm-5pm.

Special arrangements can be made for out-of-town campers.

PERFORMANCES:

Performances will be held at MTKC's theater, B&B Live, inside the B&B Movie Theatre Complex in Shawnee, Kansas. Performances will be Friday evening, Saturday afternoon & evening, and Sunday afternoon. Tickets will be available on MTKC's website and through the B&B Box Office.

SCHEDULE:

Broadway at B&B is a one-week intensive with rehearsals similar to what professional companies call 10-out-of-12's. We rehearse daily from 9am-9pm with two meal breaks. Rehearsals will begin Sunday, July 5th.

GALA PERFORMANCE:

Each cast will perform a production number from the show

at the MTKC Gala on Sunday, August 9th.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

Initial Deposit (50%) is due within 7 days of confirmation.

Final Payment (50%) is due no later than June 10th. NON-REFUNDABLE.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

In case of cancellation, 90% of initial deposit is refundable until June 10th.

NO REFUNDS after June 10th.

The final payment is non-refundable.
